Terms and conditions of the Promotion ‘Second pair of shoes 25% off’.

 

§ 1 General Provisions

  1. These Terms and Conditions set out the terms and conditions of the promotion called ‘Second pair of shoes 25% off’ (hereinafter referred to as the ‘Promotion’).
  2. The organiser of the Promotion is HotHeelsShop with its registered office at www.hotheelssop.pl (hereinafter referred to as the ‘Organiser’).
  3. The Promotion shall run at www.hotheelsshop.pl from 15.05.2025 to 18.05.2025 or until further notice.
  4. The Promotion is open to all customers purchasing shoes at www.hotheelsshop.pl (hereinafter referred to as ‘Participants’).

§ 2 Terms and Conditions of the Promotion

  1. The Promotion consists of a 25% discount on a second, cheaper pair of shoes purchased during one transaction.
  2. To take advantage of the Promotion, the Participant must add at least two pairs of shoes to the basket or select at checkout.
  3. The discount will be automatically applied at checkout or in the online shop basket to the lower priced pair of shoes.
  4. The promotion does not include RebelQueen brand shoes.
  5. The promotion does not combine with other promotions, discounts or sales. Discounted shoes are excluded from the Promotion.

§ 3 Returns of Goods

  1. If one of the pairs of shoes purchased under the Promotion is returned, the discount given on the other pair is cancelled.
  2. The amount of the discount by which the price of the returned pair of shoes was reduced shall be deducted from the amount to be returned.
  3. The refund shall be subject to the amount actually paid by the Participant after taking into account the discount, less the value of the discount granted in the case of keeping the second pair of shoes.
  4. The return of goods takes place according to the rules specified in the Organiser's return policy, taking into account the provisions of these Rules and Regulations.

§ 4 Complaints

  1. All complaints regarding the Promotion may be submitted in writing to the Organiser's address or by e-mail to [sklep@giaro.com.pl].
  2. The complaint shall include the name and surname of the Participant, mailing address (or e-mail address) and a detailed description of the subject of the complaint and the Participant's request.
  3. Complaints will be considered within 14 working days of receipt by the Organiser.
  4. The Organiser's decision on the complaint is final.

§ 5 Final provisions

The Organiser reserves the right to change these Terms and Conditions during the Promotion, of which it shall inform the Participants by placing relevant information on the websitewww.hotheelsshop.pl. The amendments shall not affect the rights acquired by the Participants before the effective date of the amendments.

In matters not covered by these Rules, the provisions of Polish law shall apply.

These Terms and Conditions shall come into force on 15.05.2025.
